Kevin joined CBA in 2001 with extensive experience in strategic acquisition and operations in the claims environment. Kevin’s priorities include the development of strong business relationships, innovative product lines, diversification of services and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Mike joined CBA in 2014 as an accomplished leader in finance and operations, specializing in health insurance business intelligence and predictive modeling software. Mike enthusiastically introduces process improvement initiatives specifically designed to delight customers, motivate staff and deliver on commitments.
Manager of Claims
Helen joined CBA in 1996 as a longtime medical claim consultant serving a large insurance company. As head of CBA Specific Stop Loss, HMO Re and Provider Excess teams, Helen’s expertise and versatility benefit all CBA program accounts and related services.
Manager of Field Audits
MaryAnn joined CBA in 1995 after successfully leading claim auditing, technical review and complimentary training programs for a large insurer. MaryAnn initiated many aspects of our Aggregate Auditing and TPA/MGU Operational Reviews and currently heads CBA’s highly qualified Field Auditing unit.
Client Relations Manager
Lyn joined CBA in 2012 with extensive experience in MGU and TPA operations with accumulated expertise in Specific, Aggregate and Managed Care claims. Lyn’s priorities include organizational accountability, innovation and standardization focused on high-level productivity and superior client service.
